Expert suivi-évaluation et mesure de performance en communication

About the role

NTU International is seeking a non‑key expert to support a new EU‑funded project aimed at enhancing the visibility and public diplomacy of the European Union in Morocco. The role focuses on monitoring, evaluation and performance measurement of communication activities, ensuring that strategic communication delivers measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for communication interventions.
• Collect, analyse and interpret data to assess the performance of communication campaigns.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards for project stakeholders.
• Provide evidence‑based recommendations to improve communication strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align M&E activities with project objectives.

Required profile

• Higher education degree (minimum BAC+4) in monitoring‑evaluation, statistics, data science, social sciences, development economics, communication or a related field.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and English is an asset.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in M&E, performance measurement, results‑based management, project/program evaluation or data analysis applied to communication or development. If the degree requirement is not met, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
