About the role

The Guest Environment Expert (Femme de Chambre) at Le Méridien in Oran is responsible for delivering a clean, welcoming environment for all guests. This full‑time, on‑site position combines room cleaning, public‑area upkeep and prompt guest service to ensure a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities and ensuring high standards of hygiene.
• Maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors and service zones, keeping them tidy and presentable.
• Respond to guest requests promptly, restock housekeeping carts, and manage inventory of linens and supplies.
• Handle and move objects up to 50 lb safely, following all safety and lifting procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards and uniform appearance guidelines.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift regularly throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard housekeeping procedures and use of cleaning equipment.
