Field Service Representative – Fluid Performance (Entry Level)

About the role

This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with Halliburton’s Baroid fluid‑performance equipment on drilling rigs in Algeria. You will work under close supervision, learning the fundamentals of fluid chemistry, hydraulics, testing and waste‑management technologies while supporting customers on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Assist fluids and equipment supervisors in daily rig operations and learn company products and services.
• Complete formal training in fluid chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, and specialized testing.
• Operate, maintain and optimize Baroid testing, separation and waste‑management equipment.
• Prepare and track inventory of palletized and bulk products based on drilling programs.
• Interpret test results to provide technical solutions and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics).
• No prior work experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
