Finance & Accounting Specialist – M'Sila

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented finance and accounting professional to join our team in M'Sila, Algeria. The position is open to recent graduates as well as candidates with up to five years of experience and offers a fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support preparation of financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking and bank reconciliations.
• Collect financial data from other departments and contribute to tax filings and regulatory reports.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with internal or external audits.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support related to finance activities.

Required profile

• Educational background in Accounting, Finance or a related field (TS Bac +2 up to Magistère Bac +7).
• Experience ranging from none to five years in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and bookkeeping practices.
• Good communication skills in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
