Finance Specialist (Fluent in French) – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a finance specialist who is fluent in French to help train large‑scale language models for financial analysis and decision support. You will work remotely on a contract basis, interacting with AI systems in both English and French to improve their understanding of complex financial concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with the model on real‑world and theoretical finance questions in English and French.
• Verify factual accuracy, logical consistency, and document failure modes.
• Capture reproducible error traces and suggest enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Challenge the model on topics such as GAAP, IFRS, balance‑sheet analysis, cash‑flow forecasting, derivatives, equity and debt valuation, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field (preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a strong plus.
• Fluency in French and strong command of English.
• Hands‑on experience in financial institutions, corporate finance, or regulatory roles.
• Ability to communicate metacognitively, showing work step‑by‑step.
