About the role
We are seeking a First Team Physiotherapist to join the Arsenal Women Football Club (AWFC) Medical and Performance department. In this role you will support the performance, female health and rehabilitation physiotherapists, delivering high‑quality physiotherapy services to the women’s first team and academy.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with players to influence health, performance, injury risk and recovery.
- Deliver best‑in‑class injury management and rehabilitation, analysing data to identify trends and support recovery strategies.
- Provide medical support on matchdays and training sessions, including organising, packing, maintaining and transporting medical equipment.
- Accurately diagnose injuries, develop and lead appropriate rehabilitation interventions, and provide prognostic information and return‑to‑play timelines.
- Assist in developing decision‑based frameworks for common injuries and contribute to individualized rehabilitation plans.
