French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and effective solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes and deliver calm, effective resolutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure continuity of service.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and stay aligned with team goals while working independently.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• At least one year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
