French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering prompt assistance via phone and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate support in both French and English across voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Document every interaction in our support system to ensure continuity and data quality.
• Share customer feedback and insights to improve products, processes, and overall experience.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, aligning on priorities and contributing to team goals.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer‑support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
