About the role
We are looking for a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join the Guest Experience team at Le Méridien Oran Hotel & Convention Centre. The role involves being the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures, handling reservations and payments.
- Process operational requests, complete daily reports and log guest interactions.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions and transportation options.
- Maintain a clean and organized front‑desk area while adhering to safety and security policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
