About the role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team in Oran. The successful candidate will bring 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in production, methods and industrial environments, combined with a solid technical background.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and report on production performance indicators.
- Analyze raw‑material consumption and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain daily production reports and statistical data.
- Support cost‑reduction initiatives and optimize production yields.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (e.g., Licence LMD, Master, Engineering).
- 3‑5 years of proven experience in production management or a similar industrial role.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of autonomy, rigor and sense of responsibility.
