Gestionnaire de stocks – secteur agro-alimentaire

About the role

The company, a major player in the agro‑food industry, is looking for a meticulous Stock Manager to ensure the reliability of all inventory items at its production site in Mouzaia, Blida. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and supporting smooth material flows.

Key responsibilities

• Record and monitor all stock movements (receipts, issues, transfers) in real‑time using the ERP system.
• Maintain constant alignment between physical and theoretical inventory levels.
• Track stock levels, alert the Supply Chain Manager to potential shortages or overstock situations, and define reorder thresholds.
• Organise and execute rotating and annual inventories, analyse discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Design storage layouts to optimise space and streamline order preparation while ensuring compliance with food‑safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Production, Maintenance and Shipping departments.

Required profile

• Education: Bac+2/3 (Technical School or Licence) in Logistics, Transit, Accounting or Production Management.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within an industrial environment, preferably agro‑food.
• Personal attributes: Extreme rigor, precision, strong observational skills and high professional integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an ERP system (SAP B1 or equivalent).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of stock valuation methods (FIFO/FEFO) and rotating inventory techniques.
