Graphic Designer & Branding / Social Media Manager

About the role

BadniTech is seeking a creative and versatile professional to join the team as a Graphic Designer & Branding / Social Media Manager. You will help shape strong digital identities for the company and its clients by combining visual design expertise with social media strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design eye‑catching social media posts, marketing collateral and advertising creatives.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts across platforms.
• Develop branding concepts, visual identity systems and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns and contribute fresh creative ideas.
• Ensure timely delivery of assets while maintaining high quality and brand consistency.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, branding or social media management.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Portfolio or examples of previous work is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
