Growth Marketing Executive

About the role

The Growth Marketing Executive will lead data‑driven initiatives to acquire and retain customers for KOZALIA. Working on‑site in Algiers, you will collaborate with sales, product and cross‑functional teams to shape and execute growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel growth campaigns.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer research to uncover insights.
• Design, run and analyse marketing experiments and A/B tests.
• Manage the marketing funnel, from lead generation to conversion.
• Create and adapt marketing content for various digital channels.
• Track performance metrics and produce regular reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
