Head of British Programme – Preschool

About the role

Willow Early Education & Preschool is seeking a dynamic leader to head its British Programme for the preschool section. The role involves overseeing the delivery of the British early years curriculum and fostering a nurturing learning environment for young children.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Early Years teaching team, ensuring high‑quality instruction and continuous professional growth.
• Design, implement and review the British curriculum to provide meaningful learning experiences.
• Monitor teaching standards, assess student progress and drive ongoing programme improvement.
• Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school community, promoting a warm and supportive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and resource allocation for the preschool programme.

Required profile

• Qualified educator in Early Childhood or Education.
• Demonstrated experience with the British early years curriculum.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience in an early years setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with staff and families.
• Fluent English proficiency.
