Healthcare Nutrition Solution Manager – East Algeria

About the role

Danone MENA is seeking a Healthcare Nutrition Solution Manager to lead its medical team in East Algeria. The role combines team leadership, strategic planning and budget management to drive the company’s healthcare nutrition objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Medical Representatives, plan weekly and monthly medical activities, and ensure implementation of “Ask For Business”.
• Coach, develop and engage the team through field visits, meetings and performance monitoring; participate in recruitment and training of Medical Representatives.
• Contribute to the country medical strategy, build and execute the Healthcare Nutrition action plan, and monitor its effectiveness through KPIs.
• Plan, manage and optimise the local Healthcare Nutrition budget to support profitability.
• Organise and monitor team activity reporting, coordinate medical materials and sample availability.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication by sharing market insights, best practices and strategic updates with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Scientific educational background.
• 4–5 years of experience in medical detailing across city and hospital channels.
• Proven experience managing a medical sales team.
• Fluency in Arabic, English and French.
