Healthcare Specialist (French) – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a healthcare professional fluent in French to help train large‑scale language models for clinical support, patient education, and medical research. As a freelance AI trainer, you will work remotely, interacting with the model in both English and French to improve its accuracy and reasoning on real‑world healthcare scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with the AI model on clinical workflows, diagnostics, public health, and patient communication.
• Verify the clinical accuracy and logical coherence of model outputs.
• Document failure modes, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest prompt‑engineering improvements.
• Provide feedback on evaluation metrics and help refine training data.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in nursing, public health, medicine, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in French (both written and spoken).
• Professional experience in clinical or administrative healthcare settings, preferably with exposure to French‑speaking regions.
• Ability to communicate metacognitively, showing reasoning steps clearly.
