About the role
The Guest Experience Expert (Hostess) at Le Méridien welcomes guests, assists with check‑in and check‑out, and creates memorable experiences throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Address guest requests, provide local area information and share highlights.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment while moving, lifting and carrying items up to 10 lb.
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
- Uphold quality standards and present a professional appearance at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 lb.
