HR Business Partner - Partner Markets & Ukraine

About the role

Organon is looking for an HR Business Partner for its Partner Markets & Ukraine business unit. As a trusted advisor to managers, you will turn business goals into integrated people strategies that drive performance, engagement and growth, while supporting cultural transformation and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Align HR strategy with company objectives and business priorities, and act as a change agent for culture and people integration
• Coach managers on employee management, organizational and cultural transformation, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor law and employee relations
• Support leadership on complex employee relations matters and act as compliance steward in HR matters
• Maintain knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and partner with the legal department on policy interpretation and disputes
• Lead business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
• Streamline HR operations through clear expectations, faster response times, bi-weekly alignment calls and two levels of validation
• Analyze people trends and HR metrics to improve employee experience, and work with COE teams and divisional leaders on HR matters
• Co-lead people initiatives such as payroll and benefits planning, budgeting and forecasting, engagement committees, well-being events and ERG integration

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology
• More than 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational corporate environment
• Excellent English and strong communication, analytical and consulting skills
• Ability to understand business issues and propose data-driven solutions
• Change-management and project-management experience
• Less than 20% travel; regular employee status, no relocation, flexible working arrangements
