HR Manager

About the role

The HR Manager will lead the full spectrum of human resources activities, partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives that strengthen the organization’s talent base and culture. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving HR policies, programs, and practices.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and optimise HR policies, processes and management systems to standardise daily operations and boost efficiency.
• Develop annual recruitment strategies, manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for core, technical and managerial positions, and build long‑term talent pipelines.
• Oversee company‑wide performance appraisal systems, coordinate regular reviews and coach managers on performance improvement plans.
• Manage compensation and benefits, salary calculations, incentive schemes and control labour costs.
• Design and implement training programmes, identify learning needs and support talent development and team capability upgrades.
• Handle employee relations, labour contracts, internal communications and risk mitigation to stabilise turnover and improve workplace atmosphere.
• Conduct HR data analysis on manpower efficiency, turnover, recruitment performance and labour cost to inform management decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Fluent in English and French for daily work.
• Proven track record in recruiting and improving talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
• Strong organisational, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and sound judgement.
