Human Resources Manager

About the role

Krello is a real estate platform focused on rental, sale and exchange of property, and its Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Muhammadiyya. The role manages end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and oversee compensation and benefits processes
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
• Support managers with workforce planning
• Organize training and development initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR records
• Foster a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with Krello's values

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations
• Experience designing, delivering training and supporting employee development programs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience; previous experience in a technology or real estate company and familiarity with Al Muhammadiyya's local employment context are a plus

Required skills

• HR policy development, compensation and benefits administration, and labor law compliance
• Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple HR initiatives with attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proficiency with HR information systems, Microsoft Office and basic data analysis for HR reporting
