Human Resources Specialist (Algeria)

About the role

CoreDepth is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to ensure full compliance with Algerian labour legislation and support all HR operations. The successful candidate will manage employment contracts, social security procedures, employee records and provide legal guidance to management.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Algerian Labour Law (Law 90-11 and its amendments) and related regulations.
• Prepare, review and manage employment contracts, secondment, assignment and delegation agreements.
• Handle administrative procedures for hiring, resignation, termination, probation, leave and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain employee personnel files and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with CNAS, CASNOS and CACOBATPH for registrations, declarations, benefits and work‑accident matters.
• Prepare employment certificates, work attestations and other HR administrative documents.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate HR data.
• Advise management on labour‑law issues and represent the company during labour inspections.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation and employee development.
• Monitor changes in Algerian labour legislation and recommend policy updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in Algeria.
• Strong knowledge of Algerian Labour Law (Law 90-11) and employment contracts.
• Experience dealing with CNAS, CASNOS, CACOBATPH and labour inspectors.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Fluent in Arabic and French; English is a plus.
