Ingénieur Commercial B2B – Santé numérique (SIH, RIS‑PACS)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing Algerian e‑health startup looking for a Business Developer to expand our portfolio of digital health solutions (Hospital Information Systems, RIS‑PACS). Reporting directly to senior management, you will target public and private healthcare institutions and drive complex sales cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and open new accounts such as private clinics, imaging centers, hospitals and medical offices.
• Manage multi‑stakeholder sales cycles involving directors, IT managers, physicians, biomedical teams and finance departments.
• Deliver product demonstrations, prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts up to signing.
• Respond to public tenders and procurement calls.
• Maintain client relationships, ensure follow‑up and drive customer loyalty.
• Position our solutions to meet national health digitisation standards and interoperability requirements.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 3 years), preferably in software, IT, medical devices or health sector.
• Comfortable with long, value‑based sales cycles.
• Strong knowledge of the Algerian healthcare ecosystem or medical imaging is a plus.
• Fluent in French and Arabic; technical English is an advantage.
