About the role

We are looking for two dynamic and motivated Process Engineers to join our team in Cheraga, Algiers. The role offers the opportunity to work in an innovative industrial and technological environment within the telecom sector.

Key responsibilities

• Create and continuously update standardized operating procedures (SOP) for new production models.
• Reduce the rate of non‑conforming products (NG) and ensure daily production targets are met.
• Prepare and deliver daily reports on line activity and performance for the assigned production line.

Required profile

• Degree: Licence Bac+4, Master 1, Master 2 or Ingéniorat in electronics, automation, telecom or a related field.
• 0‑5 years of professional experience in a similar environment.
• Strong adaptability, teamwork orientation, and clear communication skills.
• Ability to draft precise technical documents and procedures.
• Analytical mindset to interpret complex data and propose innovative solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer tools and industrial process management software.
• Knowledge of design and monitoring tools for process engineering.
• Solid background in electronic engineering concepts.
