Ingénieur Mécanique – Maintenance et Fiabilisation

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our maintenance team in Algiers. The role involves performing and optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance both in our workshop and at client locations, ensuring equipment reliability and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, execute and optimise maintenance tasks on machines and installations in the workshop or on‑site at client facilities.
• Implement appropriate corrective actions and lead improvement projects to increase machine reliability.
• Follow manufacturers’ work procedures, respect prescribed time standards and meet scheduled completion dates.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the workshop and client vehicles, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Document work performed and report on maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electromechanical engineering (Bac+5 / Master level).
• Entry‑level or junior experience (less than one year).
• Fluent in French with basic knowledge of English.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Team‑oriented, punctual and professional demeanor.
