Profil recherché

Expérience de 3 à 5 ans en support IT
Expérience en environnement bancaire ou assurance
Connaissance des processus ITIL ou gestion structurée des incidents et changements

Compétences requises

Windows et Windows Server
Active Directory / GPO
DNS / DHCP
TCP/IP, VLAN et VPN
VMware
Outils de ticketing / ITSM
Sauvegarde / restauration
Diagnostic matériel et logiciel
Notions de cybersécurité
Linux (souhaité)
Antivirus / EDR, MFA, firewall, gestion des accès
Supervision et monitoring
Scripting PowerShell
