Injection Molding Production Manager

About the role

Toner Plastics is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the injection molding operations at its Modern Mold & Tool facility in Pittsfield, MA. The role focuses on overseeing the manufacturing of high‑quality injection molds and medical components for customers in the medical, aerospace, automotive, and defense sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop technical teams to secure new business and solve processing challenges.
• Manage day‑to‑day production activities, ensuring on‑time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
