Instrumentation Technician – Maintenance (Tizi Ouzou)

About the role

Jotun Technover P SPA is seeking an Instrumentation Technician to join its Freha Factory in Tizi Ouzou, Algeria. The successful candidate will support the reliability and performance of production equipment and utilities through systematic maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance in line with company standards and safety requirements.
• Diagnose equipment faults and carry out timely repairs or component replacements to minimise downtime.
• Support continuous operation, reliability and quality of production assets, utilities and facility equipment.
• Apply and promote 5S workplace organization to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Analyse inspection findings, define corrective actions and develop plans to close gaps and prevent recurrence.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.

Required profile

• University degree in Instrumentation or a related engineering field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
