About the role
We are looking for an Insurance Invoicing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will manage client invoicing, account reconciliations and premium payments while coordinating with insurance companies and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage client invoices and insurance‑related billing documents.
- Monitor invoice status and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve billing and account issues.
- Handle client inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Prepare invoicing, payment, and account analysis reports.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing and follow‑up.
- Support smooth and accurate financial operations across client accounts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, insurance operations, or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
