Internal Audit Manager

About the role

Afia International Algeria is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead both internal and external audit engagements. The role will focus on strengthening controls, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal and external audit assignments in line with professional standards.
• Assess internal controls, operational procedures, and adherence to company policies.
• Identify risks, develop actionable recommendations, and present audit findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, logistics, and other functions to improve process efficiency.
• Support ERP implementation projects, ensuring effective use of Oracle or SAP systems.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Business Administration.
• 8‑10 years of audit experience, including at least 3 years with a Big Four firm (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG).
• Preferably experience in the FMCG sector, covering financial and operational audits.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP ERP systems.
