International Field Service Representative (Remote – Algeria)

About the role

Silvus Technologies is seeking an International Field Service Representative to act as a senior‑level technical advisor for customers in Algeria. The role is fully remote but requires the incumbent to be based in Algeria and to travel to customer sites as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support for Silvus StreamCaster™ radios and related MIMO mesh networking solutions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex field issues on‑site and remotely.
• Adapt multi‑antenna MIMO radio systems to meet specific customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to influence product direction.
• Manage multiple customer engagements, travel schedules, and mission‑critical projects with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Senior‑level technical background with experience in field service or systems integration.
• Ability to work autonomously in dynamic, mission‑critical environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Algeria.
• Strong communication skills to represent Silvus professionally to customers and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with MIMO radio systems.
• Knowledge of mesh networking and Mobile Ad‑hoc Network (MANET) technologies.
• RF troubleshooting and radio communications expertise.
