International Key Account Manager – Heavy Machinery

About the role
We are looking for an International Key Account Manager to drive overseas channel development and maintain relationships with key customers for heavy‑industry products such as trucks, dump trucks, cranes and excavators. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and raising brand awareness in global markets.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and update the latest information on overseas customers and maintain an accurate archive.
- Assist in developing local key customers, monitor market demand, competition and promote strategic cooperation.
- Prepare customized project solutions, secure contracts and meet sales objectives.
- Supervise and evaluate weekly and monthly sales plans and payment recovery for key accounts.
- Submit regular market analysis reports on major international customers.
- Design and improve the key‑account management process.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, marketing, sales, international business or related fields.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction machinery sales, preferably with an existing overseas customer network.
- Strong teamwork, problem‑solving and customer‑relationship abilities.
- Willingness to travel irregularly and adapt to varied market conditions.
- Experience in direct sales, channel development, leasing management and key‑account development.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Competence in standard office software.
