IT Business Partner – SAP MM & EWM

About the role

Baladna is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to act as the bridge between the IT department and the Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehousing and Logistics units. The role focuses on aligning SAP S/4HANA MM and EWM solutions with business objectives across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and support SAP MM and EWM modules, including end‑user training, documentation and post‑go‑live hypercare.
• Conduct business process re‑engineering, GAP analysis and develop work‑arounds for procure‑to‑pay, inventory management, goods movement and warehouse execution.
• Translate business challenges into SAP solutions that improve supply‑chain performance.
• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP MM and EWM, covering master data, movement types and related functional issues.
• Facilitate communication between IT teams, external implementation partners and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• 3‑10 years of experience in SAP MM/EWM implementation and support.
• Master’s level education (or equivalent) in engineering, computer science or related field.
• Proven ability to work closely with procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations and production planning teams.
• Strong analytical skills to identify business problems and recommend SAP‑based solutions.
