IT Digital Workplace Services Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an IT Digital Workplace Services Analyst to join Hikma Pharmaceuticals in Algiers. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support for end‑user computing environments and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring smooth daily operations for our staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for Digital Workplace services and resolve incidents via ITSM tools (Ivanti or equivalent).
• Maintain SLA compliance and deliver high‑quality service.
• Administer Windows‑based end‑user environments (Windows 10/11) and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain workstations using SCCM, Intune, or similar tools.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Manage access rights, security policies, and assist users in adopting digital tools.
• Monitor service performance, maintain documentation, and propose automation using PowerShell.
• Participate in assigned IT projects and contribute to process optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in IT support or digital workplace environments.
• Strong team spirit, customer‑service orientation and analytical problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Active Directory and Entra ID account management.
• Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• ITSM tools such as Ivanti.
• SCCM and Intune for endpoint management.
• Basic PowerShell scripting for automation.
