Junior Management Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Management Controller to support the Head of Management Control in monitoring and steering the economic and operational performance of the company. The role involves budget follow‑up, regular reporting and variance analysis to help drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Management Control Manager in tracking financial and operational performance.
• Prepare and maintain budgetary data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Produce regular performance reports for senior management.
• Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, providing actionable insights.
• Support decision‑making by delivering clear and concise performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, management or audit.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Age between 25 and 35 years and exempt from national service obligations.
• Residence in El Eulma or surrounding areas.
