Laboratory Officer – Quality Assurance

About the role

The Laboratory Officer will join the Quality Laboratory team at Sarl TANGO, a Heineken subsidiary, to ensure that all product testing complies with Heineken standards and international certifications. This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of analytical, microbiological, and sensory results.

Key responsibilities

• Perform product sampling and conduct analytical, microbiological, and sensory analyses according to Heineken standards and the Laboratory Star System.
• Carry out simple calibrations and checks of quality‑control equipment in line with the Laboratory Star System.
• Document all laboratory activities and ensure compliance with ISO, FSSC, and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) requirements.

Required profile

• Laboratory technician diploma in physical‑chemistry and/or biology/microbiology (minimum qualification).
• At least one year of laboratory experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Fluent French and English at a B2 level.
