About the role
The British University Foundation is seeking an experienced Law & Politics Teacher to join its academic team in Algiers. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality instruction to students in an international university setting, fostering critical thinking and a deep understanding of legal and political concepts.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials in Law and Politics.
- Develop course materials, assessments, and grading criteria aligned with university standards.
- Provide academic mentorship and feedback to support student progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and faculty committees.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of developments in law and political science.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level.
- Strong subject knowledge in law and politics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching in an international, multicultural environment.
- Immediate availability to start.
