M&A Integration Analyst

About the role

Interpath is looking for a highly motivated Analyst to join its Integration team. You will support the delivery of solutions that create, preserve, and sustain value for organisations navigating complex M&A transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the M&A Integration Master Plan by tracking timelines, maintaining risk and dependency logs, and monitoring deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, etc.) across integration workstreams.
• Facilitate functional‑level calls and support change‑management activities to ensure smooth communication between entities.
• Run the Managing Director onboarding programme: maintain and improve the onboarding checklist, track each MD’s journey, and coordinate introductions with senior stakeholders.
• Produce clear, consistent, and reliable reporting and deliverables for both integration and onboarding workstreams.

Required profile

• Professional English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities, capable of managing multiple workstreams in parallel.
• Good understanding of risk, dependency, and business‑impact analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with senior, cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in global, multicultural environments and adapt quickly to fast‑changing M&A settings.
