About the role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Magasinier to join our team in Kouba, Algiers. The role focuses on managing inventory of spare parts and medical diagnostic equipment, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely distribution.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and update stock records using ERP and Excel.
Receive, store, and dispatch spare parts and IVD equipment.
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement and service teams to forecast needs.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the warehouse.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years experience as a magasinier or similar inventory role.
Educational background of Bac+3 (technician level) or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills, autonomy and attention to detail.
Team player with good interpersonal abilities.
Fluent French and working knowledge of English.

Required skills

Proficiency with ERP systems for stock management.
Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
Knowledge of spare parts handling and medical diagnostic (IVD) equipment.
