Maintenance Technician

About the role

The company is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the production team in Oran. Reporting to the maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and safety of production equipment through preventive, corrective, and improvement actions.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical failures.
• Disassemble, repair, replace, reassemble and adjust pumps, motors, gearboxes, agitators, conveyors and valves.
• Support sensor, actuator and automated system troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine rounds, inspections, lubrication and technical checks.
• Document interventions and maintain traceability in the CMMS.
• Participate in scheduled shutdowns, installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Strictly follow HSE and LOTO procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Automation or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably process, detergent, chemical, food‑processing or cosmetics.
• Strong analytical mindset, disciplined work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with good organizational skills and autonomy.
