Manager - Transaction Services

About the role

Interpath Advisory, an international advisory firm with a presence across many countries, is looking for a Manager to join its Transaction Services team in Algiers. The manager delivers transaction services projects for a mix of clients, including top-tier Private Equity and Corporate clients, working closely with Managing Directors in an entrepreneurial environment. The role covers the full deal life cycle, including buy-side and sell-side work, and offers collaboration with Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory colleagues across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Draft Financial Due Diligence (FDD) reports, including historical performance analysis such as quality of earnings, net working capital and balance sheet reviews, and forecasting future performance and identifying risks and opportunities
• Take part in meetings and conference calls with clients or target company management and act as a secondary point of contact for day-to-day FDD matters
• Build and maintain stakeholder and client relationships and promote Interpath Advisory
• Share the firm's values with the team and clients, support business development and mentor the team

Required profile

• Graduate degree in accounting, business, finance, economics or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of transaction services experience at a top accounting firm (Big4 or equivalent)
• Previous audit experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with strong verbal and written French and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset, team spirit and ability to adapt to new challenges in a collaborative environment
