Marketing Coordinator (International Education)

About the role

Academic Pathfinders is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of its international education programmes. You will help design and execute campaigns that attract students and families to language trips, university programs, and specialised pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and launching marketing campaigns tailored to students and families.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts, videos, stories, and campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Support promotion of education fairs, expos, and local events to maximise attendance and engagement.
• Monitor campaign analytics, track KPIs, and prepare actionable performance reports.
• Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategy and maintain consistent branding across all channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate quality leads and align marketing activities with enrollment targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in education, travel or service sectors (internships considered).
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English, French and Arabic Darija.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
