Marketing Project Manager

About the role

The Marketing Project Manager will join ECI Groupe’s Boumerdès office to lead marketing initiatives across the group’s diverse brand portfolio. Working full‑time on‑site, you will be responsible for taking projects from brief through delivery, ensuring they meet quality standards and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scopes, create and maintain detailed project plans, and track milestones for multiple marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and expectations with internal teams (marketing, design, content) and external vendors.
• Manage project budgets, monitor spend, and produce regular status and performance reports.
• Ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines and quality criteria.
• Identify opportunities for workflow and process improvements and support their implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing project management or coordination, preferably in a multi‑brand or agency setting.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello or Asana.
• Basic analytics and reporting capabilities.
