MCO Omnichannel Operations Manager

About the role

Sanofi is seeking an Omnichannel Operations Manager to lead the execution of its omnichannel transformation within the Africa market. The role will drive the implementation of standardized omnichannel approaches, ensure seamless customer experiences across digital and non‑digital channels, and support the adoption of new platforms and AI‑enabled tools.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the holistic local orchestration of customer experience across all business units, ensuring best‑in‑class omnichannel delivery.
• Lead deployment of omnichannel transformation programs, including Turing, GenAI and new platform roll‑outs.
• Standardize methodologies, solutions and tools across business units and promote a “One Sanofi” approach.
• Drive cross‑functional change management, working closely with Digital, Procurement and other GTMC pillars.
• Make agile, customer‑centric decisions and take thoughtful risks to balance customer satisfaction with business value.
• Collaborate with brand teams to define and execute local omnichannel strategies aligned with global standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing omnichannel or commercial operations within a large, multi‑national organization.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, platform deployment and change management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
