Media Buyer

About the role

Orange&Bleu, a media and marketing company based in Algiers that helps brands reach their audiences through data-informed campaigns, is hiring a full-time Media Buyer. The position is hybrid, combining on-site work in Algiers with some work-from-home flexibility. The Media Buyer plans, negotiates and purchases media placements across TV, radio, digital, social and out-of-home channels so that campaigns meet client objectives and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze audience and performance data
• Prepare media plans and monitor campaign delivery
• Optimize media placements and prepare reports for internal teams and clients
• Collaborate with account managers, creative teams and media partners to align media strategy with marketing goals and maintain strong vendor relationships

Required profile

• Experience in advertising, marketing or media agencies
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (social media ads, programmatic tools)
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field (beneficial)
• Attention to detail, strong organization, ability to run several campaigns at once and a proactive, solutions-focused approach

Required skills

• Media planning and buying, including budgeting, negotiation and multi-channel campaign management
• Analytical skills: interpreting performance data, using metrics to optimize campaigns and using reporting tools
• Media strategy: understanding target audiences, choosing channels and aligning media with brand and marketing objectives
• Clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
