Medical Representative – Alger Ouest / Blida

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Alger Ouest and Blida regions. You will act as the primary link between our company and doctors, specialists, and pharmacists, helping to expand market presence and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to doctors, specialists and pharmacists according to a predefined schedule.
• Maintain continuous communication with healthcare professionals to address product queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Implement action plans, monitor results, and analyse market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies regarding promotional materials and product packaging.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Veterinary or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar pharmaceutical sales role, preferably 3‑5 years.
• Fluency in Arabic and French (written and spoken); English is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and pathology‑related products.
• Experience with customer portfolio management.
