Medical Representative – CNS (Tlemcen)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote CNS products to healthcare professionals in Tlemcen. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, specialists, and pharmacists while expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to doctors and specialists according to a defined schedule.
• Maintain continuous communication with healthcare professionals to meet expectations regarding product quality and service.
• Implement action plans, monitor results, and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and medical policies concerning promotional materials and product packaging.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Veterinary or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar medical sales role.
• Fluency in Arabic and French (written and spoken); English is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
