Medical Representative – Constantine

About the role

Pfizer is seeking a Medical Representative to cover the Constantine district. Reporting to the District Manager, you will be responsible for promoting Pfizer products to healthcare professionals and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve district goals such as sales volume, market share, and physician call frequency.
• Plan and execute daily sales call activities, maintain accurate reporting and use Pfizer’s tools and data.
• Develop and implement alternative operating plans to meet objectives, making daily decisions based on alternatives and consequences.
• Collaborate with headquarters departments and maintain positive relationships with external contacts.

Required profile

• Trilingual ability (Arabic, French, English).
• Medical degree, pharmacy qualification or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and alignment with Pfizer’s core values.
• Ability to communicate fluently with people outside the organization and report effectively.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
• Use of accurate medical terminology and competitive product knowledge.
