Medical Science Liaison (MSL)

About the role

Adventum Pharma is seeking a motivated Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support the development of its product portfolio. The role involves establishing scientific partnerships, delivering accurate product information, and gathering field insights to inform internal strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build peer‑to‑peer relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical investigators and healthcare professionals in the assigned therapeutic area.
• Share up‑to‑date, objective scientific information about the company’s products before and after market launch.
• Collect and analyse field data, clinical practice trends and unmet needs, and communicate insights to internal Medical and Marketing teams.
• Organise and participate in scientific meetings, medical information sessions and educational events.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD) with 3‑5 years of experience as an MSL or in a comparable scientific/medical role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and ethically.
• Strong autonomy while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Professional proficiency in English for reading international literature and global interactions.
