About the role

We are looking for a skilled Metal Framework professional to join our team in Batna. The role involves fabricating, assembling and installing metal structures for industrial and construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, cut, drill, weld and bolt steel beams, columns, frames and supports according to specifications.
• Assemble and install metal structures on site, maintaining alignment and structural integrity.
• Inspect raw materials and finished work for quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain tools, equipment and personal protective equipment in good condition.
• Report any structural or safety issues to supervisors and collaborate with engineers and site personnel.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of installation processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in metal structure fabrication, assembly and installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and construction plans.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in varied site conditions.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
