Méthodiste Maintenance – Production industrielle

About the role

KAMELO FOOD, a biscuit manufacturer, is looking for a Maintenance Methodologist to join its industrial team in Beni Tamou, Blida. The role focuses on designing, optimizing and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance programmes to ensure high equipment availability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Analyse equipment failures, identify root causes and propose improvement actions.
• Monitor maintenance performance indicators and report results.
• Create detailed maintenance procedures and work instructions.
• Plan, schedule and track maintenance interventions.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory to support efficient maintenance execution.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime.
• Participate in projects aimed at equipment reliability and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics or a related field.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in a similar maintenance planning or method role, preferably in the food‑processing industry.
• Strong analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy and good organisational skills.
• Effective communication abilities and a team‑oriented attitude.
